Not sure on this one. I see a lot of Die Deterioration on the date and the mint mark. Very heavy die flow lines on that area as well and even the rim is almost non existent. Also there appears to be contact marks on many areas of this coin. So you maybe seeing a just coin alteration on the devices in question.

So, can I spend this or wait for more opinions?

I'd save it for now. I hate to have to kick myself for spending it too soon. Once you release them, you seldom get them back again. (It only costs you a cent to hang onto it for a while)

Alright, thanks. What exactly am (or who) am I waiting for before I spend it? Should I email pics to someone?

I guess it depends on how badly you want confirmation. If you set it aside for now, you might be able to make your own determination later once you've gotten better at evaluating what you're seeing. Also, if you're able to provide clearer pictures, you may get some more (and more confident) opinions. Your third picture of the date and mint mark is clearer than the zoomed in ones. I wonder if anyone could say more if they saw a clear, but less zoomed picture of LIBERTY. Another option would be to send it off to an attributor like Dr. Wiles or John Wexler, but that'd cost you for their services and shipping. For what it's worth, I think what you're noticing around the mint mark are plating bubbles and not hub doubling. The thicker portion of the Y makes me wonder, but besides that, things are looking normal to me.

The enlarged 'Y' is one of the two master die issues on the 2017-P cents. (Check Wexler's site) But I haven't ruled out damage to the coin yet.

Now that I think about it, it looks to me like a spender now. If enlarged "Y"s are one of the two master die issues, its the only thing that makes this stand out. Since its normal, its a spender IMO. Thank you all for educating me as I CRH.
