Hi there!

Brand new to this forum. I started collecting after my grandfather gave me his old collection on Lincoln pennies. It's grown quite a bit. I have some questions, I'm sure one or two have been asked 100 to 100,000 times already in this forum... apologies.

1- very general real-life question. this was today's sort. What are the first things I should look for on these coins? How do I know to set them aside or spend?

2- what about foreign coins (this binder is mostly foreign, I use the blue folders for other US coins.

3- ever seen this coin? (I know to post in appropriate place and will, just starting out)
