Enough lines showing for F-12 on the reverse IMO, obverse is really weak , VG-10.

I've seen VG10 used for the in-betweens, so I would go that. Is the scratch near the mintmark on the dime ?

Quote: Is the scratch near the mintmark on the dime ? Yes, unfortunately... that scratch is on the dime. At least it's on the lower reverse

VG10 details - (Old ANACS holder)
Old one I traded in was G4-cleaned, so I think it's a good upgrade.

Doesn't VG-8 usually have 3 lines showing on the reverse?

ANACS is a dead give away with that porcelain white holder. Nice coin! You did fine!
