Recvd this 5 dollar bill back in change. I been trying to research value and what does 320thousand run means.. And the rarity on a site says its rare what does this mean. Is it worth keeping

Your note is a bit rare but condition is everything with currency.Your note is not in the best condition but I would still hang on to it.On that site click on the links under Learn More.http://www.mycurrencycollection.com.../MH00169164*

The 2013 $5 MH* is definitely on your want list if you collect modern $5's. Others key notes are the MD* & ME*. The OP's note is circulated and not typically what I look for, but if I found it in the wild, I'd definitely keep it.
