LMC 1960 - D Die Chip And Lamination?

Was looking through some wheaties and this one poked out at me. Pretty sure the 9 in 1960 is just a die chip, but I'm not for sure about the crack in the back of Lincoln's head. My guess is a lamination but I'm not for sure.

Correct. Die chip. Is that a die crack across the ear?

I thought it was a die crack or a lamination.

Sorry for not cropping it, if I do then it will become to pixelated to see, so I'm leaving it uncropped.

A better pic would help, but this looks most like a planchet flaw to me:
