Hello there I got a quick question I have a 1998 p dime I was looking at and and see the 99 in the year looks weird to me now could be wear form circulation but looking close it might be an error please help

Please post a full image of both sides of each coin, cropped and correctly oriented. We really need to see the rest of the coin to determine what's going on.

@sbva, better pics would help, but it looks like part of the date was weakly struck. Is that what you are seeing too?
