Pulled this out of a bag of LC's a co-worker gave me. Thought for sure it was an 83 until I put it on a scale. 3.1 grams. Am I correct that it is a capped die ? Thinking possibly major grease ? Looks like an 83 ? Wishful thinking.

Looks like a struck through capped die! Awesome find! Possibly a 1982?

Agree with 1982. Looked a little closer and it does look like a 2. Thanks for looking and for the feedback.
