Looks like a really bad fake to me. LIBERTY does not match at all. Best of luck in the future. Happy hunting.

Thing is it has die markings only an original could have. It was sent off we will see.

Definitely a fake. The doubling on Liberty is WAY off and the fact that I've seen tons of these all over the internet tells me it's a fake. Keep looking and hunting and eventually you'll find an awesome (and genuine) coin variety.

Sam1966, can you tell us where you got this coin? Did you find it in a roll or change? Or did you buy it? And, just curious, where did you send it off too? thanks

Sam1966 Thank you for posting. Good luck.
@QuarterHoarder27, After pointing that out about LIBERTY, took me all of about 20 seconds to come to the same conclusion; FAKE (I am no expert).
Maybe a prelude for a thread on fake coins?

Definitely a fake. We've seen these from time to time on here.
