Do you think this MS-63 is fair for this one. The rev is very nice but the queen side have little bit more contact marks but no scratches.

Yes, looks like an ms63.

Just a side note, if sending to ICCS, don't even consider the grade of the reverse, as this has very little influence on their grading.

MS62 for me the dings on some of the letters both obverse and reverse are too distracting.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I'm a little concerned about the disruption in the luster from the cheek to the jaw line. That could be from light circulation or it could be from friction in the mint bag. Old ICCS would have been either AU-58 or MS-62, but ICCS today likely would be AU-58 or MS-63.

Probably a ms 62 from ICCS I think nothing lower I don't think
