Im at EF45 as well. Maybe a weak strike with underlying luster?

Beautiful coin! AU58 May well be MS in hand, what appears to be wear may be a disturbance in the toning combined with a weak strike.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website

Wear markers indicate roughly EF-45, but I think it's on account of a weaker strike. I'd call it AU-50 net.
