1960-D Small Date EMDS Lincoln Wheat Cent Class 1 Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

I found this 1960d Small Date which to my eyes looks like a EMDS Class 1 DDO Lincoln Wheat cent? My coin has a lot of similar doubling: (The varietiy below has a Clockwise rotation) cc 1DO-004 http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/dies...ie_state=mds VV DDO-002 (2-0-1-CW) . http://varietyvista.com/01b%20LC%20...0DDDO002.htm But that variety at CC & VV is a large date. I saw what I took for notching and/or extra thickness on IN GOD and the date. But the bottom of the B in LIBERTY is not thicker even though it has the line through it. So I easily see the MD there.
