Hello,
I bought this coin in 2012 from the mint. Its still in it original box. Last time I discovered that on the reverse the tree head seems weird to me could it be an error ?
And there is tiny white dot on the coin ,what can cause them ?

I suspect that the white spots are the same as the milk spots that plagued the Royal Canadian Mint for years. Apparently the coins were not washed properly.

I can't comment on your other question-as I have never seen this coin before.
