Not so sure on this one. No deformation on the reverse to indicate displaced metal, but not so sure on this one.

I was thinking PSD from a torch at first but like you said no issues on the rev.
And without weakness of details around the periphery, I don't think a die cap.

So even though it doesn't look like most I'm leaning towards struck trough grease.

What's the diameter and weight?
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
