XF40 The small scratches on the reverse below CENT are a little distracting.

EF-4O But the 4 hits on reverse ruins it for me . Money not well spent .

Almost no ribbon detail, so I'll say VF-35, outside shot at 40.

Looks EF-40 with some strike weakness. Very nice original color.
