Hello, everyone, I have a question. I'm not really knowledgeable in regard to paper money and potential. By accident, I decided to take a look at the money I got from the bank earlier that day. I found this $5 with the money from the bank. Can anyone help me identify if this is a printing error or done after printing by someone handling? Close up observation of the area on the bill appears to be missing a section that was printed. Is this fairly common?
It's flat as if it was printed on by accident. It looks like it's from maybe a different denomination of money? Just curious how did it occur and if this is common? The money is in circulated condition, so I don't expect it to be worth anything. Just curious if anyone else knows about this or what it is?
