1976-D Kennedy Half Reverse - Missing Letters Of "independence ***

Morgan Guy New Member United States 46 Posts	Posted 11/30/2019 11:08 pm Hi guys! In my current CRH, I found a 1976D Kennedy half with a reverse lettering issue (see attached two images). Independence Hall is missing the "Hal" of "Hall". Is this a grease-filled die strike (new concept I just learned)? Do grease-filled die strikes have any value? Thanks for your thoughts in advance. As for added value, I'm not an expert, but if I'm not mistaken it's more to be considered "neat" than valuable for sale. An error half dollar for only 50¢ is a keeper in my book, but It's up to you. If you like it, put it in a 2x2 and save it.
