The project took about two hours, total. I saw a need for collectors to focus first on the target areas. Moving away from looking in the wrong places, looking too hard for something that is not there. Check the target areas, then move on to the next coin. I recently drew attention to dimes a few weeks back. Target areas for the single squeeze dimes. When you look at the dimes doubled dies, after 1973, that series seems to have very few doubled dies.

The target areas on the reverses, are again are in the central areas. That was what I was hoping to have collectors focus on. Check these areas first, then move on to the next coin. With so many years of searching and little being found, try a new approach. Check the target areas, then move on. That was my goal. To stop looking for something that will probably not be there, and most are finding
Machine Doubling. A doubled die should be obvious. If it isn't, don't keep looking on that coin, move on to the next coin. Forget searching with more power to find something that is not a variety coin. It should stand out if you know we're and what you are looking for. If not, move on to the next coin.
