I don't know much about paper money but I always check all star notes I come across. I always get the common ones until this one which is a little ways up the meter. I'm just looking for info on possible value(I know it's in rough condition but potential value if in good condition?). I'm also curious if that area on the meter means much and whatever other info anyone can provide? Any input will be greatly appreciated

Although the online chart shows the note to be desirable, not so much in its current condition. Modern star note collectors prefer examples in uncirculated condition. Nice find. Here's one in my collection.

Thanks for the info guys. If this note was in great condition, what kind of value are we talking?
