1992-D-Lincoln-Cent-Double-Die?-Or-Plate-Shift-Error?

Found this 1992-D Cent while searching for Close AM. I'm a newbie..... is this plate shifting during the dye process or actual doubling? Thank you in advance.

Not a Doubled Die. More like Die Deterioration Doubling.

That year seems to have the strongest ones:
1992-D-Lincoln-Cent-Double-Die?-Or-Plate-Shift-Error?
The DDD shows on the fields in the direction of the closest rims. Date to the right, Liberty to the Left and the Motto on the tops of the devices.
