The 002 are the harder one to tell on.

Sometimes rub on the tops of the devices look like spread. (I think that is what you have) But it is not hub doubling. Why? Because it is not enlarged like the 002 die. Lets see an image of the EPU to compare with that area. Full image of the full EPU just like the example above. Then I will made a side by side to show you. (I use 1200 pixels wide. So you post the largest you can get. I can crop or enlarge the image. You can send it to my email account and I can upload it from there.
