What kind of doubling is this? Any help or info appreciated

It is the common Machine Doubling. The die was normal that struck the coin, then when the die raised off the strike, it moved slightly and altered the fresh strike. They are very common to find. Some years of these are worse than others. 1957 had a big issue with this:

Also the 1968-1972 cents had a lot of Machine Doubling on them. Even the 1969-S big doubled die had a large percentage of them machine doubled on a doubled die:

So Machine Doubling can happen also on doubled dies, because of machine movement of the die. But a doubled die has the doubling on the die. (Avid collectors of varieties prefer the non MD examples) But the graders don't consider the MD a disqualiffer for grading. But they just consider it a normal coin. So when 133 people sent in there MD 1969-S The graded then as normal coins. (the submitter thought they were doubled dies) But they are not:

Funny you said that coop looks like the mint mark is going in the opposite direction. Probably nothing
