This weighs 6.2 grams and has a diameter of 25 millimeters.

Yes, I agree it is a shame that it is holed, and no, I did not do it myself.

However, although it looks like the style of a blacksmith, I cannot match the ID in Charlton, so any help would be appreciated.

No idea if it is a true Blacksmith. If so probably a copy of a late 1700s halfpenny. Might just be one?
