going through a box of Uncirculated 2019 Wilderness quarters and have found a couple like the example below. What causes this staining? cleaning solution the mint uses? Just cuious

Looks like something ( foreign substance ) was place on this coin . Go ahead and use the Acetone wash .If it doesn't work , I'm afraid it's a permanent stain .

Some that was on the coins surface. (Coins coming straight from the mint are not "pristine" and clean.)
