panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18645 Posts	Posted 12/09/2019 10:09 am the 83-O is known for Average to Softer strike. this one is AVG+ and a nice strike. there are no scratches on the coin that would drop this coin a full grade. everything appears to be just contact marks.
