Learning about grading and could use help. Also according to Numismedia the difference between G4 and VG8 is more than the cost of grading, so would it be recommended for TPG?

I would say it would be a G-04 details for the damage. It is a WB-7 and has a rarity of R4 and I would say the value would be around $200.

I think it has a shot at VG8. the rims on both sides a separated and defined. the reverse imo is a solid VG8. the obverse is borderline but the stars and date are both exhibiting VG details. I think its worth slabbing even if it comes back as G6.
