A recent purchase, just photographed. Images do not really reflect any luster. It is apparent in hand though. Thoughts?

I can go with MS-64, maybe even -65.

9/10 eye appeal. I don't care for toned coins but this one is consistent on both sides raising its eye appeal significantly. the only thing keeping this out of the 66 range is the slightly weak strike. I'm at MS65
