The Only thing left standing of all the coins that were there is the 1951 Nickel.

I drove through Sudbury in the early 1990's. I saw the big nickel.

I also saw that most of the grass in town was a nice brown color , caused by the pollution form the giant smoke stack at the nickel refinery.
