@E&V- The chip starts about halfway down on the left side of the 4th column and goes to the bottom of it. Sorry for the bad pics. I'll try and get better ones when I get home.

This maybe die dents (very small ones) or gas bubbles. Try pressing down on them with a toothpick? Die chips are on uniform in shape. More irregular like spit out gum in shape. (Because they are voids on the dies from metal breaking and falling out of the dies) irregular, not symmetrical in shape. I'm leaning towards more of a gas bubble issue instead.
