I can't see anything distinct and separate in the image. So if you get a clear closeup, that would help.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

There is slight Machine Doubling on the bottom side of the upper loops. But the over all size of the devices are normal. Keep in mind the hub doubling enlarges the devices or creates a rise on the area of the fields. I'm not seeing that on this coin. Note the date areas and how they are affected?
Enlarged on the digits showing spread:

I think this is the only year that is affected like this. But check on other early 70's coins. Now we know what to look for, lets find them.

You might want to look more at what is, or is not, above the 7. Quite a number of DDO's for this year have a small bar above the 7 and yours might. Check out WDDO-0017 on this page for a pretty similar example:

What you are seeing there is Machine Doubling. (a reduction of the normal device caused by the machine after the strike)

Not hub doubling. Hub doubling enlarges the devices, on the die, not alteration after the strike.

The lighting needs to be over the coin a bit more to see for sure. But the areas you are looking at are flat, shelf like, and the contour is missing, then it would be Machine Doubling. But a lot better image might show me more. (The light on is the reason I no longer dress in a dark closet. Cause you never know what you will look like until you come out into the light. LOL)

The reason I go into detail is this: "What can you learn with a yes or no answer. Just the answer to the question. But by explaining what I see, will help a new collector to see what I see, and how I arrived at that answer. I know that I will not always be around, but other collectors can share what they and now can fill in until I can be here again.
