Im no expert but I'm gonna say yes it looks like a DDO, but we will wait to see what the others say.
Finding and discovering modern Canadian doubled die varieties since 2018.

Awesome, thanks for taking the time to check it out! Where's Coop? He's looked at a ton of my posts about DDO, he's kind of an expert. Lol He's always telling me no so I waiting for him to tell me no again! Hahaha

It is Machine Doubling. Note the left sides of the devices. They are vertical from the MD pushing up that area. On a doubled die, the devices will be enlarged:

DDO's on the single squeeze dies are most often on this area or on the earlobes. (most of the time)
