Appears to be Die Deterioration Promoted By Trails (Oblique Flow Lines) at the back of Lincolns Shirt Collar, Back of his Head and at his Mouth? Reviewed the Error-Ref.com Part IV. Die Errors: Die Deterioration/Deformation Errors: Die Deterioration Promoted By Trails (Oblique Flow Lines) and the illustrations seems to be the closest Identification for this Error. Any Thoughts? Thanks.

I do not consider that a trail die. Looks like die abrasion/polishing trying to remove a die clash.
