Kloccwork419,
It looks like a Bar On Column to me,but I have not seen one on that column yet.
There are a lot of Bar On Columns and many people are collecting them so I am sure someone will confirm yours shortly.
Hope this helps.

The bar on column #12 is just part of the design to make it look three dimensional. Looks like a cleaning removed some of it on the two areas above and below the design and left it looking that way. Probably a clash on the die made a cleaning necessary to remove the clash marks. It is cleaned and put back into use. The design there is very close to the height of the field and was just easy to suffer from a cleaning of the die. Fields are the outside edge of a die, the devices are sunk into to them, thus removing some field lines can affect low devices.

Coop nailed that one right on the head. This is a case of something not being there giving the impression of something else to the person looking at the coin.

have Fun,

Dick is correct. It seems the center bay shows the most activity on the bar Cents.

This one originally was thought to be die gouges, but John Wexler listed it.
