I think it's struck through copper foil error, but part of the copper has broken off. The zinc core has started to deteriorate and the overall condition of the coin is too far gone to be valuable. I would put it in a 2X2 and save it until I found the same error in better condition. It's an interesting coin. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting?
