@jjp, first welcome to CCF. Second, as mentioned above, those gouges all are damage rather than mint errors. With regard to doubling, I don't see anything obvious, but perhaps you can describe which letters or design elements are doubled with the coin in hand? Thx.

to the CCF! Wow! Just what kind of CAT do you have?!? As noted above, this is just a damaged coin. Keep searching and post the coins you have questions about.
