to CCF. Your coin is not missing any clad layers. It appears to have some sort of PMD.

First welcome to CCF. Second, I agree not missing clad layer in the sense that it is a mint error, but rather someone has abraded the upper layer of the coin at seven o'clock on the front of this coin.
