ok here is a coin I have with 1945 over 1945. I have had this coin for more then 20 years and have never found anything like it or any info on this coin it's self. so if anyone can shed some light on it I would greatly appreciate it.

Yes, this is a known error. It would be helpful to see the whole coin, obverse and reverse (front and back) to see if other doubling exists (and a clos-up of the mint mark would be helpful too. Unless you have a mint state coin, this error adds very little in terms of a premium value.  to the CCF!

A lot of these type is offered on ebay, and new collectors unsuspectingly buy into it. It is what Coinfrog said.

 Just push Machine Doubling. Still a silver coin though. (worth a lot more than face value)
