It wouldn't go higher than MS63 with all the facial abrasions, but still a decent looking coin ( VAM 24A). Uncertified you should be able to snag it for $50 +/-

64 and beautiful. Obverse looks near gem but the reverse has a long edge hit across the eagle and a vertical scratch in the right reverse field that doesn't look deep.

If it were not for the damages I'd say MS64 but eye appeal for me anywayz is pretty bad.

Thanks all. The comments and guidance is really helpful in improving my grading skills. I still lean more to buying TPG coins but getting more comfortable with the uncertified coins.

It's impossible to understand the visual impact of those cheek marks from pics. The fields are incredibly clean. No less than 64.

the 88P is known for average strikes. this one falls into that category. she was banged around in a bag for a while. the railroad tracks across the eagle breast are quite prominent in a key area and although the cheek isn't too chewed up it is a key area. I think field preservation and eye appeal may hold it to MS63.
