Unfortunately nothing really special with the serial number.
and condition isn't that great, But if you like it,keep it.. it is only 1$ to put away..

Even if someone was willing to pay a small premium, the banknote has two many creases to have any value.
Spend it.

A well worn modern note with a semi-interesting serial number. That "coolness" index you are using doesn't really translate well to Fancy serial numbers. Try using this website as a guide, http://coolserialnumbers.com/FancyS...Numbers.aspx

As Steve mentioned, the coolness factor index is not an indication of increased value. The link Steve provided is a good guide to what "cool" serial numbers can provide a premium. Also keep in mind - condition condition condition of a note is important and can greatly impact value.
