I don't have access to my books and I already have several 1961 proof sets, but I really think it's a DDR, even if it is just a minor one. I can pick it up with no premium. If you found them online, please let me know where. I bought the set. I'll post pictures of the coin as soon as I can. All of the coins are in great condition and it's my birth year set, so it's kind of a favorite. I'm not sure if it's the DDR, but I see what looks like notching and doubled uprights on the letters matching the 802. I'm always searching for any error/variety from '61.
