1982 Lincoln Cent Lots Of Blobs And Errors

Please tell me this is a rare find, I have touched every bump I saw, and it is solid, not a bubble. I've got ten pictures right now, I tried to highlight every area with an irregularity the best I can with a phone and 60x loupe.
The amount of spots is astounding to me, I've never seen something like this. All opinions welcome, is this a known error?

That's zinc rot, air got under the copper layer causing the zinc core to break down..As Moxking would say use it to pay your taxes

It is a 1982 SD zinc. It has a plating issue causing the bumps and zinc rot. Spender.

@hokuto, when there are linear plating bubbles, they can be depressed with a wooden toothpick, but in this case the deteriorating zinc may have expanded somewhat and so these are more solid.
