Ok so this is also question dying for answer to.. I'm wondering why YouTube videos say highly graded 2009 State Quarters, WITHOUT errors, selling for 100's of dollars, then when check ebay, there's people selling BU 2009 sets for like 8-15$... doesn't make sense to me.. but I'm very new to all this so SUPER HOPING SOMEONE out there will respond, as I don't know any coin collectors personally -thanks

Hmmm ... could it be that someone made a misleading YouTube video?

I can find a single 2009 quarter graded at MS69 that sold for $25. So, in principle if you could assemble a set of 12 in that very high grade, you could get a couple of hundred bucks. But you also would have paid a large amount of money (at least $100 I assume) to get the coins graded.

to the CCF!

YouTube videos are known for spreading false information and rumors. You should always double check the information. Lots of times you'll find they are incorrect or stretching the true. I don't watch them because of this.

to CCF. Youtube videos are only as good as the person posting them. But, a high dollar coin like that is probably a very high grade and the $20 ones are just run of the mill.
