I think that the first image says 5 rubles but I can't help with the issuing nation

I note that this type is extremely popular (as one of the only coin types of the Russian Civil War), and consequently highly faked.

Not being an expert, I can't tell whether your example is fake, but I wouldn't be very confident in it being real. How did you get it?
