So probably a slight blockage of grease on the gutter outer edge of the die that prevented the rim from forming on those two areas. No premium, but always nice to know what could happen to a coin. If the coin were under weight, the coin may have been thin and the rim was prevented from setting up on the rim. Or of the area had scratches on it, then it might be damage removing some weight from the coin. But looks more like a grease issue on your coin. Report this Post to the Staff
