Came across this roll hunting and it looks a lot like 001

we need to see closer images of the hub doubling on this coin. Something like this will help more:
1962D-1DR-003, DDR-001 (CONECA)

The mintmark location looks close on your coin, but the shape is not even closer to this die.
But we need to see at least this close to see what you have?

I see a normal coin. There is no large over small date that year. That is the normal date size. When they look smaller, the die was over polished and reduced the date.
