I don't see much wear. There is some darkening of the obverse field that may be the strongest indicator that this coin has seen some circulation. Detail is soft on some high points but that could be from the strike rather than wear.

The best indicator of grade would be luster. The photos don't capture any luster, but if it is present then I would go along with an AU grade. If luster is absent I would vote for EF-40.
