I don't know why exactly but I have to show you all my new acquisition It's 1 kyat (rupee?), silver coin from Myanmar (or Burma), minted in 1852. On the averse we can see peacock, in pride, displaying plumage.
On the reverse burmese legend (value and date within wreath).
In my opinion very interesting and beautiful coin

I agree that this is a great coin design! It is also a frequently counterfeited one in higher grades.
