My main question is the striations across entire coin front and back.
Is that anything? Is this a "Woody"? Does it have added value?

To me it looks like possible DDO on date or MM. please advise. On full coin frontal the last 9 looks doubled. On close up, the MM looks different.

On Reverse, I see multiple columns. Do you?

Separate question on coins not pictured, on other 1999-D coins, if struck slightly off center, with one heavy rim, opposite side almost no rim, is that anything of note, or spendable. All coins are AU.

Thanks for any and all input.

I'm adding the slightly offstruck coin sample, with multiple columns on reverse.

I'm sorry for having two coins on one thread, but because they were same date and MM I hope it's ok.

Not a woody.
Not a DDO,DDD maybe.
Column 1-5-8-12 look doubled because it is meant to be 3D.
Striations looks like a plating issue.
Off center strike is different than a MAD,which is what your description sounds like. A photo would help. On a MAD part od the devices needs to be "falling off' for it to be a keeper.

Holy smokes, that's a lot of information and very valuable to me.
Thank you both John1 and Spence!!
While these were AU coins, I still have 10K 1999-D MS coins in bank bags. Are there any good errors to look for, of just ones for possible grading?

Looks like there are seven DDRs (but no DDOs) for the '99-D cents listed on varietyvista:

Well besides the normal errors: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mint-made_errors

You could look for the Wide AM on the 1999 - D cent. http://lincolncentsonline.com/closeWide.html

It's worth thousands, so good luck! For grading the coins would have to be exceptionally high to make your money back, such as a MS 69. https://www.PCGS.com/coinfacts/coin...d-1c-rd/3157
