Probably not the place to ask about this one but not sure where else to ask. I have 5 of these with consecutive serial numbers that I bought when they came out. This one is different than the rest. It looks like a double die. All opinions welcomed.

There is a world variety and errors subforum in the world coins forum. I sometimes go there to see just how freaky some error coins are.

I'm not familiar with these coins. Are those letters raised or incuse?

I believe these are ejection doubling, its the results when coins adhere to the die after they are struck, caused by production related factors. I have seen few of these variants.

The design variations on early years are more of an interest to Panda collectors, unless otherwise is a true doubled die. Gold and Silver Panda Coin Buyer's Guide by Peter Anthony has pictures of few examples.

Kind of hard to tell in the holder but thinking incuse. That being said, more than likely would be ejection doubling as Macmercury said. Thanks for looking you all.
