This was just from pocket change, noticed large blob on face.
Is this some type of a pre or post strike lamination error?
Spender?
Thanks.

Looks like it may be glue on the coin.
Not an error, it's spendable.

Never even thought of something spilled on it.
Would Acetone take it off if I just wanted to be sure?
Thank you!

If it is Elmer's glue it comes off easily. If it is clear nail polish, then it would also come off with acetone. (the ingredient in nail polish remover) Epoxy glue might be harder to get off.

Whichever adhesive we are speaking of, the end result is the same: just spend it.

Great call to you both!

I didn't have any Acetone, but my Wife most certainly had nail polish remover.

It didn't take it off, but it cleared it up to now see it was something spilled on it, probable Epoxy. I can clearly see through it.

In the spender pile it goes, Thanks!
