I know the pictures terrible and there's only a picture of the obverse, but is there anything that stands out to you guys as it being a fake? Thanks for looking

No, based on that image alone there is nothing that screams fake. Assuming the mark across the flip is inthe mylar only and assuming the reverse is similar to the obverse and assuming it is a genuine 1921 Peace dollar in raw Fine condition then it would be valued around $50 to $60.
